For instance, if you have WhatsApp Plus already installed on your android phone, you cannot use the official WhatsApp app on the same device. That said, you can either use the modified Plus apk or the regular WhatsApp. However, WhatsApp Plus allows you to use GB WhatsApp, which is another modified version, and other mods on the same phone.

Contrarily, if you have WhatsApp GB installed on your android device, you can use the official WhatsApp on the same phone. At the same time, you have to make sure that you are using two different SIMs either on one mobile device or two separate phones.

Another difference between both mods is the creator. Although GB and Plus versions are developed by AlexMods, the original creator of the latter was Rafalense Descargar back in 2012. Eventually, he stopped working on WhatsApp Plus. The GB version was launched by AlexMods in 2018 and now, he is the sole developer of both apps.
